Jen Cawley ~ Managing Partner
A 12 year resident of Breckenridge, Jen moved from Pennsylvania to the
mountains to enjoy the winter recreation. When she started working with
Hearthstone Catering as a server in 1994, she knew she had found her niche.
She was quickly promoted to Manager in 1996, of the small but growing company.
Now as a Managing Partner of the catering division of Storm Enterprises, Jen
loves the challenges of off-premise catering as well as the many various
duties of her position. Her clients and staff hold her in high regard, as
she continues to provide excellent customer and staff service.
Bruce Carlton ~ Executive Chef
Bruce began his restaurant career in South Carolina over 25 years ago. Bruce’s
extensive training includes a variety of cooking styles such as low country
cooking of the Carolinas, Northern Italian cuisine, the tropical and coastal
cuisines of southern Florida, the exotic dishes of central Mexico’s Michoacán
state and regional American Cuisine. Bruce joined the culinary team at the
Hearthstone Restaurant in 1992 and has served as Executive Chef for both the
restaurant and catering. He is currently the Executive Chef of Hearthstone
Catering. In his words, “I have been fortunate in my career to have been
surrounded by cooks and chefs from many different backgrounds who were willing
to teach me many different styles of cooking”.
All Managers are Food Safety and Sanitation Certified.
